Thermal Energy Storage Materials (TES Materials) are ideal products for thermal management solutions. This is because they store and release thermal energy during the process of melting & freezing (changing from one phase to another).

Transport

Keep your cargo within the correct temperature range at all times as CelsiC creates a microclimate that suits your thermal needs during transport. Wide applications such as pharmaceuticals, foods, organ transportation & temperature sensitive goods, etc.

CelsiC TES Materials is highly used in protective clothing against heat or cold. It’s temperature regulating properties makes it ideal for thermal shielding of professional athletes & working animals or pets with an autonomous system heat/cold protection.

Room

CelsiC TES Materials is a highly efficient, smart and a significant part of indoor climate solutions. It is embedded in the structure or held in storage tanks, thanks to its capacity to store cooling & heating energy.

CelsiC TES Materials is ideal for equipment that are sensitive to temperature peaks or cyclical fluctuations in ambient temperatures as it provides protection against the same. Temperature stabilization & cooling of necessary components or the entire equipment can be done using CelsiC TES Materials.

Cold Shipping Solutions for Secondary Distribution

Cost effective green technologies optimizing temperature performance and ensuring product safety.

CelsiC’s solutions, unlike conventional solutions, are independent of the vehicle engine and therefore, even with high traffic and multiple drops, provide desired temperatures across the -25C to +25C range.

Engine independence also helps lower operating costs by up to 60% and reduce risk of product damage due to engine breakdown. CelsiC Eutectic vehicles are ideal for deliveries to be made within 12 to 14 hours with multiple drops. These vehicles are suitable for temperatures as low as -25C for ice cream to temperatures as high as +16C to +25C for chocolates

Cold Shipping Solutions for Tertiary Distribution:

Innovative solutions for multi-use, multi-deliveries and variable quantities optimized for your needs. Tertiary distribution involves smaller deliveries and shipping to multiple points. The probability of maintaining the complete cold chain decreases in tertiary deliveries. CelsiC’s proprietary solutions using active and passive TES Material (Thermal Energy Storage Material) ensures:

Multi Compartment Units

 

CelsiC’s tertiary distribution units can be built in combination of chilled, frozen and ambient with different compartment ratios.
CelsiC can also build compartments to enable much larger number of openings and deliveries – something that cannot be done in a conventional unit.

Part Compartment Vehicle

 

  • A temperature controlled chamber is installed inside a dry vehicle (no permanent fitting)

  • Charged cartridges inserted before leaving for delivery

  • Maintain temperatures for 8-10 hours with multiple deliveries

Cold Chain Packaging for Home Delivery

Delivering products as they should be - Maintaining Safety and Quality for the last mile delivery.

​

Home delivery and last mile solutions involves delivery of retail cold chain products (milk, vaccines, Ice Cream, frozen food) at homes or establishments. These micro deliveries, ranging from one Kg to 50 Kg have their own unique challenges in terms of speed of delivery, temperature maintenance. Using TES Material technology, CelsiC has developed cartridge freezers which can freeze cartridges across different temperature ranges. These cartridges when put in insulated boxes can hold temperatures for 10 to 12 hours, thereby ensuring home deliveries.
